4 Days Tarangire Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari
Day 1 – Tarangire National Park
Your safari adventure begins with an early 6:30 AM pickup from Moshi after breakfast, followed by a transfer to Tarangire National Park where you’ll spend a full day exploring the park’s iconic baobab-dotted landscape and watching massive elephant herds gather along the Tarangire River. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic site within the park, continue your afternoon game drive spotting lions, leopards, and diverse birdlife, then arrive at your campsite or lodge for dinner and your first night under the African sky.
Day 2 – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast at your campsite, embark on an exciting en-route game drive as you journey toward the world-famous Serengeti National Park, traversing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with wildlife viewing opportunities along the way. Upon reaching the Serengeti, enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing your game drive through the endless plains teeming with wildebeest, zebras, giraffes, and predators, then settle in for dinner and overnight at your campsite or lodge in the Seronera area—the heart of the Serengeti.
Day 3 – Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater Rim
Wake up to an early morning game drive in the Serengeti after breakfast, maximizing your chances of spotting big cats and other wildlife during their most active hours across the golden savannah. Following a picnic lunch at a designated site within the park, begin your afternoon journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying game viewing along the way, before arriving at your campsite or lodge perched on the dramatic crater rim for dinner and overnight with stunning views of the caldera below.
Day 4 – Ngorongoro Crater
After an early breakfast, descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater by 8:30 AM and spend your morning exploring this natural wonder—a wildlife paradise where you’ll have excellent opportunities to spot the endangered black rhino, lions, elephants, buffalos, and hippos in their natural habitat. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the crater floor, then continue your final game drive as you ascend back to the rim, before beginning your return journey to Moshi, arriving by 5:00 PM with incredible memories of your Tanzanian safari adventure.
